The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the planning and optimization of material resources, ensuring the reliability of the facilities, machinery and equipment in the areas under his charge, structured in a culture of Safety, Quality and Productivity that is profitable for the business. As well as responsible for the development of employees under his charge.
- Design and see the annual preventive maintenance work plan is implemented
- Is responsible for the safety of the personnel assigned to his position, this includes the corresponding training
- Lead the maintenance staff so that it meets the requirements of the areas in maintenance aspects
