Human Resources Intern

Program Description:

Our Human Resource Internships are best in class, with students operating as either a generalist or a specialist to enact real change in the organization. You will have the opportunity to partner with business leaders on strategic projects, receiving consistent mentoring and feedback from your manager. To give you a glimpse of the HR function we assign meaningful project work, such as developing plant cost-saving initiatives, with day-to-day HR responsibilities to develop your HR capabilities.

Education:  Consideration given to high performing, mature Bachelor’s students, preference given to Master’s program graduates. Students pursuing a degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or Business Administration or related field with an overall GPA of 3.2 or greater.

Location of Assignment: World Headquarters in Toledo, Ohio and various manufacturing and technical facilities in the United States.
